Accountability for Online Actions, Behavior, and Conduct

  • Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
  • The United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile.
  • Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as a user of this website and are not allowed to transact or use the website.
  • If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
  • The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
  • We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.

General Terms & Conditions for All Packages and One-Off Services

Contract Cancellation and Refunds

  • The contract cancellation amount is non-refundable.
  • Any materials purchased by the customer will not be installed by WR Technical Service technicians.
  • All portal contracts do not have signed hard or soft copies.
  • Monthly contract cancellation requires a minimum of 60 days’ notification.

Inspection and Quotation Process

  • For all ‘One-Time Service / One-Off Service’ purchases, as the scope of work cannot be determined without a site visit, During the site visit, the WR Technical Service technician will review the requirement in detail and provide a quotation for the actual work. 

Service Refusal and Scope

  • WR Technical Service reserves the right to refuse an order if it is deemed to require services beyond the reasonable scope indicated.
  • No other obligations or services, either impressed, implied, or inferred during any communications, are included in the charges unless detailed in the package option or in a formal quotation issued by WR Technical Service.

Changes to Services and Terms

  • WR Technical Service may, at its discretion, make changes to the services and/or terms and conditions. Following any such changes that WR Technical Service considers material, the customer will be notified. By continuing to use WR Technical Service’s services after such changes are made, the customer is deemed to expressly acknowledge their acceptance of the changes.

Liability for Damages

  • During the contract period, should any damage to the customer’s property, assets, or premises be found to be caused as a direct result of the service provided by WR Technical Service and/or due to failure to carry out contracted maintenance (unless such failure was caused or contributed to by the customer or a third party), the financial liability of WR Technical Service to the customer will be limited, to the extent permissible by law, to a maximum value of AED 1,000. To the extent permissible by law, WR Technical Service shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or special loss whatsoever.

Governing Law

  • These terms and conditions of purchase shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).

Legislative Changes

  • Should there be any changes to legislation applicable to the services provided, any necessary changes to the services and/or fees will be implemented as determined by WR Technical Service to comply with the new or revised legislation accordingly.

Other Conditions of Purchase

Service Scheduling and Cancellation

  • Notification will be communicated to the customer 1 week prior to a planned maintenance visit. If no confirmation is received from the customer 48 hours prior to the appointment, the appointment will be canceled. The customer will have one further opportunity to reschedule the appointment within a 4-week period (with the exception of water tank cleaning, where rescheduling will not be possible).

Exclusions from Service Scope

The following items/activities are excluded from the scope of services of all home maintenance packages:

  • Installation of any items/materials provided by the customer (for safety reasons).
  • Any system or service not expressly mentioned in our scope.
  • Any addition, upgrade, replacement, or partial replacement to existing systems.
  • Any rectification/modification to correct design, construction, or commissioning faults.
  • Modification and/or insulation work for piping, ducting, and internal duct cleaning.
  • Replacement of water or drainage lines in shafts, air wells, water pumps, pressure vessels, bladders, water tanks, etc.
  • Replacement of complete light fittings.
  • Roof or basement leakage due to waterproofing failure of the structure.
  • Kitchen equipment.
  • Audio-visual equipment.
  • Data and related components.
  • Generators.
  • Chilled water pumps or piping insulation.
  • Garden sprinkler/irrigation systems and associated pumps and equipment.

Use of Information

  • Enable your use of the services available on the website.
  • Send you general commercial communications.
  • Send you email notifications that you have specifically requested.
  • Provide third parties with statistical information about our users – without identifying any individual user.
